Through this, the community can economically\u00a0benefit and they will aware of various tourism practices. The major hindrance of community-based tourism and the lack of community practices is leakage of money to the intermediaries. The host communities are becoming unaware of the benefits of tourism and emerging potentials of community tourism and community involvement.<\/p>\n<p>Tourism is a people-oriented industry and its major functions depend on human resources. Tourism is a major source of employment and it has all capabilities in contributing towards the livelihood of the local community by providing employment and involving them in all kinds of tourism activities.
