In the present globalized era, every industry has progressed through trends and innovations. Since, tourism as a service-oriented industry, the applications of technology in this field is considered as an unavoidable component in both demand and supply terms. This industry tends to have a lot of remarkable changes due to the diverse needs and wants of tourists; the technology plays a prodigious role in its transformation. This paper critically evaluates the factors that influence the future trends of tourism. In order to derive the findings: this research employed an in-depth online literature review. Furthermore, the paper attempts to identify the impact of technology on the transformation of future tourism.
